We gave this Shepherd a refresh, made a custom dash, installed new flooring and built new back to back seating.  The seat backs and bases open up for additional storage.  We made some structural upgrades to the transom, reinforced the lifting ring to tow a skier, added a custom swim platform & a stern lounge area.  The upholstery on the seats and dash were done in a 50's diamond pattern in keeping with the vintage of the boat.
